Special Occasion Item Policy

We are able to create Special Occasion Jewelry & Accessories in multiple quantities.  Please contact us a *minimum of 3 months in advance of the date needed.  This will ensure that we will be able to give you the best possible price.  This time allotment will also guarantee enough time for the materials to be ordered, pieces to be made, and then shipped to you for final inspection after all payments have been received.  If you cannot afford to pay all at once, please contact us and we will try to arrange a payment schedule for you.  This is only for multiple piece special occasion jewelry & accessory orders.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed!  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days after you have received your order.  All orders are sent out with a signature confirmation in order to be delivered.  This is to protect both you as well as us.  A full refund of the purchase price will be credited to you minus  the shipping cost.  We ask that all returns be insured when they are shipped back to us.  If they are not insured and become lost, we cannot refund your purchase.
